1. Subscription Period: Subscriptions to Brief Up, whether on a monthly or yearly basis, are billed in advance for the entire subscription period. Monthly subscriptions cover a one-month period, while yearly subscriptions cover a twelve-month period. The subscription period begins on the date of payment.
2. Non-Proration Policy: Please note that subscriptions, whether monthly or yearly, are not prorated. This means that we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. Regardless of the date of cancellation, the full subscription fee for the current billing period is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation and Renewal: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
4. Usage of Project Work: Users are free to use the work they have created based on our project briefs in their personal portfolios or as examples of their skills. However, users are not allowed to share or distribute the specific content of the project briefs, as they are proprietary to Brief Up.
5. Payment: All subscription fees are in the currency specified on our website and are inclusive of applicable taxes. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.
6. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
